SKACD employs several hundred instructional paraprofessionals. These critical employees work directly with students with exceptonalities across our member districts.

Our paraprofessional team works with a variety of teachers and related service providers. Our paras receive continual professional development and training from their direct supervisors and other professionals.

We hire new paraprofessionals yearround and no previous educational work experience is required to apply.
